Direct Shipped Wreath

At Three Rivers Wreath Company we are committed to creating memorable experiences, and to us trwcTraditionalWreathsmall.jpgthat means more than providing an excellent product at a great price.  We want your fundraising experience to be pleasant and hassle free. That’s why we started our direct ship wreath program.

This program allows you to sell a wreath to anyone anywhere (within the continental US) without worrying about who will pick up the wreaths and who will distribute them.

Want to sell a wreath to your neighbor who wants to send it to his family in another state? It’s simple, just have your neighbor fill out the form, add a personalized message and choose the delivery date. Shipping is included in the price of $31.50, and because you set the price you sell them at, how much you can make is entirely up to you! We recommend a $10 markup.

Evergreens a la carte

The direct shipped wreath is great, but some groups like to handle the wreaths themselves. They get everyone together to distribute them, or they have a holiday fair and offer the whole community a chance to select the prefect wreaths and garland. trwcPlainWreathsmall.jpg

We wouldn’t want to limit your options, so we offer evergreens a la carte. You can pre-sell the wreaths using our order forms, or you can host a holiday party of your own and estimate how much you will sell. One thing you can count on is the premium quality of evergreens from Three Rivers Wreath Company. Our greens are harvested only after several nights of heavy frost for maximum longevity. The result is a fragrant wreath, abundant in fresh balsam greens and beautiful to display for the entire holiday season. Download our order form here.

If you can’t decide on a fundraiser option, or if you just don’t want to commit, we offer the free-style fundraiser. Pre-sell some wreaths, host a holiday fair and offer customers the direct shipped wreath. After all, we wouldn’t want to hold you back!

trwc-traditional-kissing-ba.jpgDirect Shipped Kissing Ball

The idea for this fundraiser was to offer the convenience of the direct shipped wreath at a lower price. The kissing ball is adorable in every way, and its smaller price tag makes it an easy sell. The idea is new this year, so we’ll decide whether to run it or not based on your interest. If you want to try it let us know!

Want to get the most out of your fundraiser this season? Here are a few tips:

1.       It’s good to have a goal. People sell more wreaths when they have a target to aim for. How many wreaths would you like each member of your group to sell?

2.       Make sure your group can talk about the product they are selling. Customers are more likely to buy a wreath from someone who can show them pictures and tell them:

a.       Three Rivers wreaths are made with florist quality balsam. The greens are picked fresh daily. The wreaths are handcrafted, and every one is inspected to be sure it is premium quality. They come decorated with 3 natural pine cone clusters, 2 clusters of red holly berries and a 6 loop, brick red, velvet bow. Wreaths will arrive at the recipient’s door on the selected ship date with a customized greeting card.

3.       There will be five choices of shipping dates to choose from.  Wreaths will begin shipping on Monday, November 20th, and continue to ship every Monday until Christmas. However, we must have the finally tally for wreaths sold by Monday, November 7th.

4.       Make sure the forms are filled out with legible handwriting! We’ve gotten pretty good at deciphering bad handwriting over the years, but it’s always better for your customers when the forms are clear and easy to read. We would hate for a wreath to ship to an incorrect address, or to the wrong person due to a transcription error!

5.       Remember, you set the price for this wreath, so consider your market carefully. We sell the wreaths to you for $31.50, but what you sell them for is up to your group. We typically recommend adding $10 to the purchase price; that way your group makes $10 per wreath and the ‘retail’ price is comparable to a garden center or florist.
