estimated time of delivery
three rivers wreath company currently ships all items via FedEx Home Delivery service to ensure optimal quality and freshness upon delivery. Shipments are packed within 24 hours of your requested delivery date to the destination of your choice. Delivery service is available anywhere in the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer delivery services on weekends or ship to P.O. Box addresses.
FedEx Home Delivery is included in the price of retail products. Express shipping costs, such as Standard Overnight or 2Day Service, are available at www.fedex.com. Estimated times of delivery based on service and destination can be found on our website by checking the FedEx Transit Time Map accessed via the shipping map option in the global header.
All packages shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight are guaranteed to arrive by noon if the destination is located in a major metropolitan area. Otherwise, packages are guaranteed to arrive by 3pm. Note that during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's) FedEx may experience delivery delays due to high shipping volume. Please be aware that packages may arrive as late as 6pm on these occasions.
We highly recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will not be delivered but held at a local Fedex office. three rivers wreath company is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
three rivers wreath company also offers FedEx 2Day Service for all items. Shipping costs vary depending on the package weight and dimensions. Actual costs are provided at the first stage of checkout. All packages shipped via FedEx 2Day service are guarenteed to arrive by 5pm.
