Q. Can I cancel my order?

 
A. Yes, provided you notify us three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery date. To cancel your order and receive a full refund, please contact our customer service specialists via email or by calling 1-888-934-5999. Due to high order volumes during the holidays, three rivers wreath company does not allow orders to be canceled within seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's.

Q. Can I change my account info after ordering?

 
A. Yes, provided you notify us three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery date. However, to avoid transaction errors or delivery of your bill to the wrong address, please make sure your billing and credit card information is correct at the time of purchase. We will authorize your credit card at the time of purchase in order to secure your order and delivery date. To change your billing or personal information, please contact our customer service specialists or send an e-mail to info@3rwc.com. Due to high order volumes during the holidays, three rivers wreath company does not allow orders to be edited within seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

 
Q. Do you accept any other forms of payment?
 
A. At this time, we only accept online orders made by credit card. We do not accept money orders or personal checks.

Q. How will I know if my order has been processed?
 
A. Once you place an order at three rivers wreath company, you will immediately receive an order confirmation code and you will also receive an order confirmation via email. The message will be sent to the email address you provide during the checkout process.

 
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online?
 
A. Absolutely. All transactions at three rivers wreath company are handled using secure server software (Secure Socket Layers) encryption technology.

Q. What if I do not receive an order confirmation?

 
A. Due to purchase volume and site traffic during peak shopping hours or holidays, it may take three rivers wreath company more than four (4) hours to send you an order confirmation message via email. If you do not receive your order confirmation within twenty-four (24) hours after the time of your purchase, please contact our customer service specialists via email at info@3rwc.com or by calling 1-888-934-5999.

Q. What are your shipping options and policies?
 
A. three rivers uses FedEx Home Delivery to deliver our products. We do allow you to choose other shipping options available from FedEx during the checkout process. These include FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx 2Day Delivery. Please review our shipping page accessible from the footer of every page or here: Shipping Policy.

Q. Are there extra delivery charges during holidays?

A. No, unless the holiday falls on a weekend when you will be charged for weekend delivery rates. three rivers wreath company processes orders on a first come, first served basis and will not be held responsible for sold out products.

 
Q. Can I change my delivery date or shipping address?
 

A. Yes, provided you notify us three (3) days prior to your scheduled delivery date. To change your delivery address or shipping address, please contact our customer service specialists or fill out an email request form. Q. Does three rivers wreath company ship internationally?
 
A. At this time, we ship within the United States only.

 
Q. What if no one is available at the delivery time?
 
A. It is the sole responsibility of our customers to ensure that someone is available at the shipping address at the time of delivery. If no one is available to receive the shipment, our carrier, FedEx, will hold your package at their local office for a signed release. FedEx may decide to leave a "request for pick-up" note if the area is deemed insecure for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, risk of theft, etc. In either case, three rivers wreath company is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen or damaged due to the recipient not being present at the time of delivery, or if an incorrect address is supplied by the sender.

 
Q. What is the cutoff time for next day deliveries?
 
A. All orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST or 3:00 PM EST for next day delivery. We do not offer next day delivery service on Saturdays or Sundays.

 
Q. When will my order arrive?
 
A. Before you place an item in your basket or shopping cart, you will be asked to select a delivery date. Available delivery dates and shipping methods vary by product so please review our Shipping Policy next to the product you wish to purchase.

Q: How long will it take for delivery?

A: FedEx ground shipping requires between 1 to 5 days depending on the destination. All products are shipped from Franklin, New Hampshire. Expedited shipping is available.


Q: Can I pick up my order from three rivers wreath company?

Q: Can I order now for later delivery?

A: You can place your order at anytime and choose the week you would like your product shipped. Our fresh products can become limited with the large number of orders that come in during the holiday season. Your product choice is reserved for you when you place your order so ordering early makes it more likely the product you want will be available.

 

Q: How are the decorations packaged for shipment?

A: Each decoration is shipped in a moisture retaining bag to ensure freshness and then carefully placed in a 200lb test cardboard box. Larger wreaths (20"-36") have an additional smaller protective box placed around the bow to protect it from crushing. Centerpieces and kissing balls are bagged with brown paper cushioning the decoration and preventing it from sliding. Complete care and attention is used when packaging to ensure fresh delivery

Three Rivers Product Care

Q. Will my wreath last long if I keep it inside my house?

A.
For best results and a longer-lasting wreath, place your wreath in a cool spot, avoiding the hot sun. The balsam fir reacts favorably to cooler temperatures and will keep its vibrant green color and fragrance much longer.

Q. Does three rivers wreath company have any tips on keeping my wreath fresh throughout the season?

Q: How long will my balsam wreath remain fresh?

A: In temperatures below 40 degrees all fresh evergreens will last for many weeks or months. Temperatures above 45 degrees or placement in the sun will cause the fresh greens to dry out faster depending on the temperature. Indoors, the fresh greens will begin to dry in an average of 1 week but will remain green and will retain their needles (a great benefit of noble fir) as long as they are kept out of the sun. This transpiration of moisture produces that wonderful "Christmas greens aroma" Centerpieces and kissing balls are designed to remain fresh for several weeks due to the reservoir of water and "Floral Fresh" in which they are arranged.
